Institute for Rural Futures - Partners

The University of New England has a long and respected history of research, development and outreach in a range of rural-related disciplines, and on a wide array of rural matters. The Institute has been created in recognition of the need to encourage and build partnerships among the University's researchers to bring interdisciplinary synergies to bear on the issues that are of concern in rural and regional Australia. Among other partners in the Institute's work are researchers in other universities and organisations, governments and the private sector. Of particular importance are partnerships with rural communities that aim to build a better future for rural and regional Australia.
